Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Wrap It Up ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wrap It Up, operated by Jabeja CommV (VAT: BE 1018138823), a company registered in Belgium ("we", "our", or "us").
2. Service Description
Wrap It Up is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to enhance product photographs. The App provides:
- AI-powered photo enhancement
- Custom AI mode creation
- Image-to-image fusion capabilities
- Local photo storage and gallery management
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Free Tier
The App offers a free tier with 10 images per month. This quota resets monthly on the date you first used the App.
3.2 Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are available through Apple's App Store with the following tiers:
- Starter: €9.99/month or €89.88/year - 50 images/month
- Pro: €19.99/month or €179.88/year - 200 images/month
- Business: €39.99/month or €359.88/year - 500 images/month
3.3 One-Time Image Packs
One-time image packs are available for purchase:
- Small Pack: €4.99 for 20 images (never expire)
- Medium Pack: €9.99 for 35 images (never expire)
- Large Pack: €19.99 for 70 images (never expire)
3.4 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to Apple's Terms of Service and payment policies. We do not store or process payment information directly.
3.5 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3.6 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Apple's Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies. Generally, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The App has technical issues that prevent its use
- You were charged incorrectly
- The App does not work as described
4.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for subscriptions or in-app purchases:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Wrap It Up purchase
- Select "Report a Problem" and follow the prompts
Alternatively, contact Apple Support directly. Refund decisions are made by Apple, not by us.
4.3 Image Quota Refunds
Unused monthly image quotas do not roll over and are not eligible for refunds. One-time image packs never expire but are non-refundable once used.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the App to create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the App's functionality
- Share your account or subscription with others
- Use automated tools or bots to access the App
- Attempt to circumvent image quota limits
- Use the App in ways that could harm our services or other users
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to photos you capture and enhance using the App. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6.2 Our Content
The App, including its design, features, and AI models, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
6.3 Commercial Use
You may use enhanced photos for commercial purposes (e.g., selling products, marketing). However, you may not resell or redistribute the App itself or access to its AI enhancement features.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- AI enhancement results will meet your expectations
- The App will be compatible with future iOS versions
- Your photos will be free from defects or errors
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrap It Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including:
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Quality of AI-enhanced photos
- Service interruptions or technical issues
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App immediately ceases
- Active subscriptions may be canceled
- Locally stored data will remain on your device
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email (if provided). Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.

Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement
By using Wrap It Up, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at:
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail.
