When contacting support, please include:

  • Your iOS version
  • iPhone model
  • App version (found in Settings)
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots if applicable

Common Issues

App crashes or won't open

  • Restart your iPhone
  • Update to the latest iOS version
  • Update the app from the App Store
  • Delete and reinstall the app (your modes will be reset)

AI enhancement not working

  • Check your internet connection (WiFi or cellular data)
  • Verify you haven't exceeded your monthly image quota
  • Try again in a few minutes (temporary server issues)
  • Check if the app needs an update

Camera not working

  • Go to Settings → Wrap It Up → Camera → Enable
  • Restart the app
  • Check if another app is using the camera
  • Restart your iPhone

Can't save photos to gallery

  • Go to Settings → Wrap It Up → Photos → Enable "Add Photos Only" or "All Photos"
  • Check if you have enough storage space
  • Restart the app

Subscription not working

  • Check your subscription status in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Verify payment method is valid
  • Log out and log back into the App Store
  • Contact Apple Support for billing issues
  • Email us at info@wrapitup.be if the issue persists
